PARTNER GUIDE
The AI-SECRETT website helps you prepare files. The coordination team will specify where each monitoring round’s report should be sent.
Choose your organisation and report type, then answer for your organisation’s contribution during the relevant period.
Check your details and answers, then retain both the readable PDF and the structured JSON file.
Send both files through the channel specified by the AI-SECRETT coordination team and confirm receipt there. This preview does not send them.
The participant, Work Package, Task and schedule catalogue comes from the signed Grant Agreement. Task participants are listed in the Consortium Agreement §4.5.5 (PDF pp. 15–18), and RCE’s nine commitments in Attachment 5 (PDF p. 61). The first participant listed for each Task is its leader. Formal reporting periods cover M1–M18, M19–M36 and M37–M48, with report preparation in M19–20, M37–38 and M49–50. Internal drafts are scheduled 30 days before deadlines. Task-end report dates and the monthly communication report are coordinator planning conventions.
